Honoring conference co-sponsored by the State Personnel Ministry and State Construction Ministry for advanced working units, model workers and advanced individuals over the national construction segment concluded satisfactorily in Beijing days ago, pending which, Anhui Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd has been honored with “National Advanced Construction Contractor”. ACEG has been the only contractor from Anhui Province, who won the kudos.
Anhui Construction Engineering Group has spared no efforts in the past few years and carried into effect the overall thought of “cast off our old selves and strive for a second round of enterprise” in the promotion of corporate systematic reforms, relocations of production components, separation of main businesses from subsidiaries and subsidiaries reforms, that has contributed a lot to the 3-system reform drives; macro operation strategy has also been adapted which has resulted in an expanded involvement in international markets; mode of corporate management has been innovated and the management policy “human resources management comes as the core, finance management comes as the issue to be stressed and operation management comes as the foundation”, basic operations have been emphasized, management innovation and management procedure drives have been promoted, corporate management has been stepped onto a new level; what is more, Aceg has adhered to the “human essential” policy in the move of building up a harmonious company; simultaneously, obvious progresses have been made in the drive of the Party’s construction, spiritual civilization construction and corporate cultural construction. The output value of Aceg for 2007 has soared by 7.2 times over the pre-reformed year of 2002, an annual average increase rate of 45% has been realized, of which, output overseas has increased 26 times as much as of the year 2002 and profit from abroad has increased by 80%. Facts mentioned above give strong evidence that Aceg has being walked on a healthy and rapid road of development.

Aceg has won “The first prize” in Anhui Province in the 4th round competition for corporate management progress and achievement. It is worth mentioning that Aceg has been included in the 4th round of 2007 Top 60 Chinese contractors, event sponsored by ENR, standing at the 34th which is 4 positions up than the previous year, and according to ENR, Aceg has been awarded the “2007 Chinese Top green contractor” and “2007 Top Chinese international expanding contractor”.
Pending the event, Mr. Zhang Bin, project manager, has been crowned with the honor of “National model worker for construction industry segment”.
